A Brand New Free Blog Directory
The last time I got “cheated” into signing in to a program called BlogBucks. So when i saw another email today from BlogBucks I threaded with care. I was being too overly cautious. This one is for real. A spanking new Blog Directory that doesn’t cost you a cent (yet) to get listed. The Scratchback Big Blog Directory.
From Jim Kukral, the guy behind Scratchback, this directory looks and feel like all the rest, exception being, if you register now, you will be among the first. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or otherwise though, but since you are the first few, you get maximum exposure. On the other hand, not many knows of it yet so the exposure might just go to waste.
Blog Gigs is the first blog to get listed under “Blogging” and as I am writing this, 2 more have joined the category. At present there are about 20 or so sites listed under various categories. It will definitely pick up once words gets around.
As in all listings that you do, try to be imaginative when describing your blog. Advertisers combs these directories when looking for Adspace to place their Ads. So the more descriptive the better and the more directories you get listed the better are your chances of being found, though the bigger the directories, the deeper our listings will be buried. In the end, I really don’t know, but what the hell. I’ll try everything that offers the slightest hope of giving this blog some exposure.
