Auto Saving and Time Stamping your Post in Wordpress
Some might not have realised it, some might have but like was blur on how to use it, since the arrival of Wordpress 2.1.2, we can auto save our post and make loosing a post midway while we are typing because we hit some wrong keys or because there was a power failure a thing of the past.
Title your post before you start typing
Wordpress will ato save you post every few minutes under that Title. If you hit the wrong button or if there is a power failure, you can log back into your Wordpress Editor and you will see you drafts there. The tip is, It only works if you titled your post first. If you are in the habit of giving your post a title after writing everything, then you better change that habit. Just give it any title so that the auto save feature has some title to save your post into. When you have finish writing and you are safely home, you can change the title to the one you like before publishing.
Keep posting even if you are on a Holiday by TimeStamping your Post
Write as many as you want and then TimeStamp and publish each post with the date and time you want that particular post to be shown online. Now your readers won’t even know are away. The TimeStamp feature is on the right lower hand corner of your Wordpress “write post” page.
