How you do it is up to you as I have no idea myself. Heck, I can do an email promotion by sending out more than 30 emails and all I get is less than 10 response and even lesser back links. So I don’t know how John Reese of Blogrush can manage to get the attention of almost all of the world’s most famous and highly regarded bloggers to do a write up for BlogRush. Maybe he paid for it. maybe it was a favor. John Reese must be a hugely popular guy in that case.
