Easy and Fast Upgrade to Wordpress 2.3.1

For a fast and easy way to upgrade to the latest Wordpress 2.3.1, go to Tech-Buzz and download the Upgrade-Only Version. You won’t have to rewrite the whole set-up and risk messing up your blog.

Just open up your FTP client, log in to your root directory where the existing Wordpress is installed and upload just the changed files. Click “overwrite if newer” when prompted and check, “always use this action” ( I’m assuming that you are using Filezilla like everyone else) Fast and easy.
