I don’t quite remember about this theme, but in most themes that have this feature, you only need to insert the video’s url, not the whole embed link.

Thanks for the messages and tips for the Newsweek theme! Does anybody know how to change the Featured Video code to change the video? I thought just changing the YouTube link would work, but no luck!

I don’t remember if this theme is WordPress 2.6 compatible, because if it is, then there should be a function in the stylesheet that aligns the image perfectly when you insert an image according to your indications when you are writing your post.

Check your stylesheet and refer to this article if the function is not included:
