It's a fact of life that American companies provide the bulk of online advertising budgets and they are most definitely stuck in the N. American market. It's a shame that Companies in Europe and SE Asia really haven't stepped up to the plate when it comes to online marketing. Not sure why this is as both regions have the ability to do so. I suppose in time this will change but small consolation to you now. I wish I could help with your monetization but I am at a loss , I do know this much - you produce quality content and if you keep plugging away I'm sure you will eventually attract the advertisers.
