Just to let everyone know, this blog accepts tips. Yes, while it is a taboo to accept tips in may restaurants and public places these days, blogs have started to accept tips in a very innovative way. It is not a blind tip given away out of sympathy, when you tip this blogger, you will get a small banner in my sidebar. Some gives you a text link, but I thought a small banner will look better.
Recently launched by ScratchBack, this new innovation of text linking gets the nod from Google so there is no worries you will get punished for selling links. It utilises javascript so there is no leakage of link juice which Google don’t take too kindly to.
The minimum tipping is set at $1 but I felt it would be an insult to the tipper to give a dollar as tips, so I have set this blog’s minimum tip at $3 out of respect to all my readers who wants to tip me, and remember, you get a 150px x 25px banner in return.
There are also a few choices on how long the banner stays up. It could be set to daily, weekly or monthly, but for blog gigs, your banner will stay up as long as there are no new tippers. If a new tipper joins in, the top banner will automatically be bumped into second place and it goes in tandem, so when the tenth tipper comes in, you will have to tip me again to regain the top spot or else the banner is gone. So much fun! For $3, you banner might be up for months, if I have no new tippers!
So if you are ready to throw $3 down the drain, just click on the “Show Me Some Love” at the bottom of the widget.

Hahaha… it’s so empty. I just broke the “egg” with a maiden tip!
Ed,
YOU DID?!
Thanks!
Update: I just approved it and should be appearing shortly
Yea, I thought it’s a rather fun thing. I hardly do these, but for the fun of it why not. Afterall, the banner gonna be there. Been reading through a bit of the archives and alot of gems hidden in there. Thanks for taking the time to share all the knowledge.
Tipped!
