Obama and Hilary slugfestThe previous posts, I had no joy when I tried to use the cool features available in Dezzain Studios latest Theme. Being a hard headed and a stubborn donkey whon does not like to give up trying, I finally got it right. From the picture you see on the left you see the feature of adding a caption in action using the “span class”attribute”. The problem was I did not close the span in order. Just make sure the closing of the “span” attribute comes before the “a” attribute. The whole piece of code will appear like this if you have uploaded the picture to your own server. The codes in bold italics are the codes that have been added in. In this case, there is no need to include the “class align” attribute anymore. If you want your image to appear of the right, just change the word “left” to “right” and it should appear on the right of your post.

Okay since I am on a roll now, I will try out the other cool features available in this wonderful theme. There is a feature available that lets you add an icon beside your text with background colors, for various actions that you might want your readers to take. For example, you may have written something that is not suitable for children, you can add a warning like this using the “p class” call.

Real cool huh. The images comes packed within the theme and there are provisions for 5 different situations namely, “download”. “warning”, “note”, “info” and “alert” Just change the word for different situations.
This Theme is really cool man!
Another feature available that is you can play around with this theme is the “pullquote” feature. You will see Chris Garret use it very often in his post and the only Free WordPress Theme that I can think of that also has this feature is the Neoclassical Theme by Chris Pearson. This feature lets use insert quotes to the side of your text like the images that you use. It also uses the “span”attribute. Look at the example on the right, the raw codes looks like this :
