This is just a feel good mod for your own self satisfaction. You might be getting quite fed up with your WordPress login pane which you see everyday and would like to see something a little bit more exciting. This simple tutorial will show you exactly how you can do that without changing a single line of codes. You must have a basic knowledge of using an image editor like Photoshop or something similar though.
Be reminded that changing the login window will not improve anything for your blog nor will it increase your readership. Like I said, it’s for your own ego. Sometimes it is good to know you can “do things”.
P.S. For WordPress 2.8, the image to download and edit is ‘logo-login.gif’
